TN (Trung Nguyen) Vietnamese Coffee
What you will need:
1 x Pack of TN Coffee
1 x Tin of condensed milk
1 x 'Phin' fliter
1 x Tablespoon
2 x Tall Glass
Add 2/3 tbs of condensed milk
Add 3 heaped tbs of coffee, apx 20gms to the filter minus the plug
Make sure level the filter for an even drip and add inner plug
Pour in a little boiling water allow the coffee to swell, this is for a concentrated drip
Fill filter
and wait for drip to finish
Stir
Pour
