Make sure to level the coffee for an even drip, then add the plug
Pour in a little water first and allow the coffee to swell, this will alow for a slow concentrated drip.

Vietnamese drink in a bag!
Xin Chao!
Tomorrow we start serving our drinks in the traditional Vietnamese way- in a bag!
For those who don't know about 'drink in a bag', it was commonly used by street vendors in order to recycle their glass bottles. Not only that but we think it's a really fun way to enjoy your drink!
So come down and get abit of Vietnamese street life! :)

Brick Lane Opening
Our new addition to the menu, Vietnamese Rice cakes 'Banh bo'. These cakes are made from a mixture of rice flour and coconut meat - the vietnamese name translates to 'beef cake' and this is because of it's appearance looking similar to the texture of steak but the taste and feel is completely soft and delicious!
We want to say a special thanks to everyone that came to our stall today!!!
